How do I prepare a redirect map?
Paste two columns: the old URL, then the new URL, separated by a tab, with one mapping per line. Remove the header. The checker accepts a maximum of 2,000 rows.
Does this checker verify live HTTP redirects?
No. It checks exact URL relationships in your pasted plan. It does not inspect HTTP responses, confirm 301 or 308 status, check destination content or indexing, or understand wildcard rules. Verify these on your host after implementation.
