Website Privacy & Analytics

This notice explains how ZequnWeb handles website enquiries and measures visits across its global and Hong Kong pages.

We measure site-owned interactions, not the private content visitors enter into forms. Optional analytics only loads after you allow it.

01

Information we handle

When you browse the site, necessary technical requests deliver pages and protect the service. If you allow analytics, we may measure page paths, site-owned link and button labels, click location on the page, referrer, browser or device category, and approximate geography. Google Analytics derives country, region and city. Our first-party Cloudflare endpoint records IP-derived country, region, city, postal code when available, and approximate latitude and longitude with the related site event.

Cloudflare's network estimate is not an exact street address. We do not write raw IP addresses to our analytics dataset, and we do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, visitor-entered URLs or message text as analytics event parameters.

02

Enquiries and website reviews

When you submit a project brief or website review, the information you provide is prepared for delivery to contact@zequnweb.com through your email application or a configured lead endpoint. It is used to respond to that request and related project communication.

The browser keeps only a non-identifying submission receipt such as the time, form type, source and delivery method. It no longer stores the complete enquiry locally.

04

Click events, heatmaps and recordings

Analytics events help us understand navigation, calls to action, pricing-plan interest, portfolio visits, FAQ openings, language changes, email and WhatsApp clicks, form starts and completed form handoffs.

When Microsoft Clarity is enabled, it can provide click and scroll heatmaps and session recordings. Every enquiry form is explicitly masked, and form values are not attached to custom events.

05

Service providers and sharing

Google Analytics processes measurement data for site reporting. Cloudflare delivers the site and stores the consented first-party event dataset. Microsoft Clarity, when enabled, processes heatmap and session information. Ahrefs Analytics may measure visits on global pages. These providers may process technical identifiers according to their own terms and settings.

We do not sell personal information or use these analytics events for personalised advertising. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect the site and its users.

06

Retention and security

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, deliver agreed work, maintain business records or meet legal obligations. Cloudflare Analytics Engine currently retains this first-party event dataset for three months. Other analytics retention is controlled in the relevant provider accounts and reviewed periodically.

No internet service is risk-free, but we do not store raw visitor IP addresses in the event dataset, we limit analytics fields, and we keep private form content separate from measurement events.

07

Your choices

You may use the website with analytics turned off. You can also ask what enquiry information we hold, request correction or deletion where applicable, and clear the site's local storage through your browser settings.

This business website is intended for companies and professional clients, not services directed to children.

08

Chrome extension privacy

IntelLink has a separate privacy notice for the extension's features and data handling. Read the IntelLink privacy notice.
